19th July 2010 New to our range this month is the ultimate in safety trainers. The LW185 Composite Trainers have composite toe caps and midsoles. This makes them lighter weight than steel toe caps, but with the same safety standard, EN ISO 20345. They are stylish and comfortable, and they are available in a wide range of sizes, from 4 to 12. 23rd June 2010 Our product range has been updated with two popular new products. The LW323 Oxford Shirts are available in short or long sleeve, in a wide range of colours. After a process of testing various different makes of oxford shirts for washing and wearing qualities, and quality of embroidery finish, these were the best of the bunch, and also happen to be one of the most reasonably priced available. The LW433 Gel Filled Knee Pads are the ultimate in comfort when kneeling. The neoprene strap is comfortable on the back of the leg, and the gel inside the knee pads helps to absorb and disperse pressure on the knee. Special offers in store at the moment include some excellent quality short sleeve shirts in a cream colour, ideal for the summer. These have been reduced from £9.99 to just £4.99 but stocks are limited. Sizes available at the moment are M, L or XL. We now have stocks of various new summer lines, including an updated version of the LW246 Cargo Shorts. This year the fabric is a very soft and comfortable 100% cotton. Improved styling includes extra pockets, and an expandable waistband with concealed elastication. We have vastly expanded our T-Shirt range this year, with a bewildering choice of colours: navy blue, black, heather grey, bottle green, olive green, natural, tangerine, charcoal, indigo, purple, pink and white! (Now also "Carolina" light blue) The quality is excellent, at a remarkably reasonable price. Don't miss out! 5th February 2010 New in stock is the LW333 Extreme Canvas Work Trousers. There are the ultimate work trousers, incredibly hard-wearing, versatile and practical. The material is a very strong poly/cotton canvas and the seams are triple-stitched. Everything has been carefully considered in the design of these trousers. They have knee pad pockets, and many useful pockets, including zip-off tool pockets. We firmly believe these are the best work trousers money can buy, but at a remarkably affordable price. At £34.95, they are worth every penny. Three of our safety boot range have now been upgraded with Composite toe caps (the same level of protection, but lighter weight) at no extra cost. They are: LW142, LW169 and LW180. A couple of years ago we predicted on this page that composite toe caps were the future of safety footwear!
